As usual my order was processed quickly, and arrive a day earlier than expected.

The problem was a very a slow delivery service by Fedex. I was told it was being delivered by the end of the day, unfortunately it did not turn for severaldays later. other wise great service.

The Champagne was undrinkable. Brackish taste, probably cork. The remainder of the order was excellent.

Exactly what I wanted, well packaged with protective packaging

I ordered 2 x 24 bottles of Mahou beer 1 case arrived but the other did not, I rang Drinks supermarket help line they said it was possibly on another van, it was not, the other case arrived 2 days later and only 16 bottles, why deliver a short order, the package had obviously been damaged, I asked for the correct order to be delivered, the damaged package was picked up the next day, the proper delivery a day later.

Generally very happy but would like more warning on when delivery due.

Spent nearly £200 and got charged for delivery on every item how ridiculous when it came as one delivery ,paid for pre Christmas delivery money taken straight from bank and no contact after is it because we live north of Watford gap,you need to sort yourselves out not impressed
